I like to lift weights, I love the challenge and having goals to work towards is really motivating. I was in the gym the other day with my personal trainer and I started thinking … I’m like a personal trainer, but for your mind! I personally train your brain!
If you want to get results you have to work at it!
Just like with physical fitness if you want to get results you have to work at it! And, it helps massively if you have a personal trainer. I lifted a new PB last week and I could never have done that without a trainer! I wouldn’t have even considered it!
Just like a personal trainer I help to build (mind) muscle, develop (inner) resilience, achieve (business) goals and then maintain it all!
Our inner world needs as much work and attention as the outer world, if not more so. What’s going on inside is going to manifest into what’s happening on the outside. If you are full of fear and doubt, then you aren’t ever going to get to where you want to be. You have to work on these things and address them, it isn’t always pretty but this is what will lead you to an authentic life. It takes effort, practice and maintenance and I’m here to guide and support you through it! I’ve been there myself, so I know what I’m talking about, and I did not do it alone.
