How To Develop A Positive Mental Attitude

Many people consider themselves a ‘positive’ person. You can be a very positive person, but that doesn’t mean that you continuously operate with what we call a positive mental attitude. Whenever you come from a lack or limitation, you develop a negative mental mindset regardless of any circumstances.

Your attitude determines what you attract – learn how to develop a positive mental attitude no matter the circumstances, and you will always win.

Your attitude right now is determining what you attract into your life.

Attitude is not something you have to try to do. You already have one right now.

An attitude is the composite of your thoughts, feelings and actions expressed.

We arrive or win with our attitude of mind. It is our mind that is critical to success or failure.

We must invest time and money into our mind growth to keep moving forward. Too many people get to a certain level and then stop learning and investing in themselves. What happens is that they plateaux at the worst and at the very best; they fall back into old ways and old results.

Everything is a choice. You can choose to go higher and learn about how you work and how to get better and better at creating exactly what you want in your business and your life or keep moving on the same level. The choice is yours.

Your attitude is a composite of your thoughts, feelings and actions as expressed.

So your attitude is not just one thing.

It’s not just what you are physically doing, not just what you are feeling and not just what you are thinking. It’s the three components coming together that are producing results in your life right now.

We have an attitude to everything. You have an attitude right now to this lesson and what you are reading. You have an attitude to your study, to yourself. To yourself when you mess up on something, to yourself when you achieve something.

To develop a good attitude in the world,you must first start with yourself and develop a good positive attitude towards yourself. This is very important.

When you wake up, you have a marvellous mind, and that mind can take you any place you want to go. And between the rising and the sun setting each day, you have a choice, and you can choose yours. You can consciously and deliberately choose your attitude.

That is your thoughts, your moods and your actions. And depending on your choice of thoughts and perspectives, that will ultimately determine your results because your feelings and attitudes emanate from your subconscious mind that dictates the action you take.

When you think negatively, you will attract, negative in the physical form, straight back at you. If you think in lack and limitation, you can attract more of the same, lack and limitation. Your actions are based on your emotional state, and the majority of the time, you are performing unconsciously, unaware of your vibrational emotional state.

You are mostly NOT aware of the thoughts you think and the emotions and feelings you have. Your emotions are triggered from your thinking and are ‘triggered’ automatically, either from habit or external circumstances.
